Events Coming Up In Arizona
REMINDER: STATE COMMITTEE MEETING THIS SATURDAY, MARCH 17TH
Attention
all State Committee Members!
This Saturday, March 17th,
there is a special State Committee Meeting to elect a new Chair
It will be
at the Church of the Beatitudes in Phoenix at 555 West Glendale Avenue,
Phoenix, AZ, 85021. Registration will begin at 10am and the Call to Order will be at 11:30 am
SHARP!
Traffic
will be restricted due to St. Patrick's Day festivities in Central
Phoenix. You are advised to take either the 7th Avenue exit off the
Interstate 10 or the Glendale Avenue exit off State Route 51 (Piestewa Freeway)
in order to avoid delays.
In order
to elect a new Chair we must make quorum, so YOUR ATTENDANCE IS CRUCIAL! If you can't
make it, PLEASE send a proxy by filling out the proxy form
here.
If you'd
like to get in the Democratic spirit before the meeting, show up early at the
Church of the Beatitudes at
9am to join the Maricopa County Democratic Party as they
collect petition signatures for Maricopa County Sheriff candidate Paul Penzone, a
Democrat challenging Joe
Arpaio.
